3 Days
- A reservation can be cancelled up to 3 days before arrival by 4:00 p.m. CET.
After that, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the total booked amount for the entire stay. - We only use your credit card details as a guarantee for your booking, not as a payment method.
- Within 24 hours, we will send you a separate email with a payment link to complete the 100% prepayment for the entire stay.
- If the prepayment obligation is not paid, we will charge the regular daily rates on arrival.
- Any alternative rental of the rooms will not be taken into account.
- Our room rates include service charges and applicable VAT.
Non-Refundable
- A cancellation of the reservation will not be possible free of charge.
- We will charge 100% prepayment for the entire stay immediately after booking.
- We use your credit card details as a guarantee for your booking, but not as a payment method.
- We will send you a separate email with a payment link within 24 hours to process the payment.
- If the prepayment obligation is not paid, we will charge the regular daily rates on arrival.
- Our rates include service and the applicable VAT.
14 Days Free Of Charge – Fair Dates
- Cancellations of the reservation can be made free of charge up to 14 days before arrival by 4:00 p.m. CET.
- After that, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the total booked amount for the entire stay.
- Immediately after booking, a 100% prepayment for the entire stay is required. We will send you a separate email with a payment link to complete the payment.
- Any alternative rental of the rooms will not be credited.
- Our room rates include service charges and applicable VAT.
Flexible Terms 16:00
- Cancellation of the reservation can be made free of charge until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the first night. In the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement to booked subsequent nights, provided that no advance payment has been made.
- If you have provided valid credit card details when making your booking, your reservation is guaranteed even if you arrive after 16:00.
- Payment for all services used will be made at the hotel reception.
- Please note that the cancellation policy may vary during fair dates.
Flexible Terms 18:00
- Cancellation of the reservation can be made free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the first night. In the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement to booked subsequent nights, provided that no advance payment has been made.
